Katy Made Cakes are taking a sabbatical and are not currently taking any new orders for 2019. We have enjoyed working with so many wonderful couples to create their dream wedding cakes and we looking forward to updating you soon. If you have a placed an order for 2019, please rest assured that all confirmed orders will be delivered.
Consultation & Tasting
We offer a free personal consultation service, which includes tasting some of our delicious flavours whilst discussing your cake. You can look through our portfolio of cakes and customise an existing design to match your theme, or we can create a new design with your own style, colour scheme and ideas. Please do bring any pictures, swatches or colour samples along with you. Together we can create a cake that is perfectly matched to your wedding. Delivery & Set Up
We offer a personal delivery and set up service. We will liaise with your venue to discuss timings and set up. Delivery and set up to central London is £60. Prices to other locations are available on request. Personal deliveries and set up are subject to availability. Cakes are also available for collection from our Crouch End kitchen. Cakes will be boxed and ready to be transported.
Booking & Payment
Upon booking we require non refundable deposit of 50% of the total order. The remainder is due 3 weeks before your delivery/collection date.
Fresh Flowers
Should your cake design require fresh flowers, we recommend that these are provided by your florist to ensure an ideal match with your wedding flowers. As part of our service we will liaise directly with the florist regarding the specific requirements for the cake.
Lead Times
We recommend that you give us as much notice as possible especially for events during the summer season as our order book tends to fill up pretty quickly. However, we will always do our best to accommodate you where we possibly can.
Cancellation
If you cancel your order for any reason up to 3 weeks before your delivery/collection date, your deposit is non-refundable and no further money will be due. If however, you cancel within 3 weeks of your event, the full balance will be charged.
Cake Stand Hire
Stand hire is available upon request.
